Adam Stanecki: Geeking Out On Breathing

Adam Stanecki is The Breath Geek. He is a certified Buteyko Method instructor, and an Oxygen Advantage advanced instructor, and also teaches and practices pranayama.
He suffered with severe asthma as a child and taught himself how to breathe through symptoms. This is where his breath journey began.
His journey toward health and wellness has seen him study TCM, massage, fitness, therapy, and multiple breath methods.
Adam has always been at the cutting edge of wellness practices. He owned one of Australia’s first CrossFit gyms from 2006-2015 when no one knew what CrossFit was. He now teaches people the power of the breath, an art that have largely been forgotten. 
He lives near Noosa with his wife and two children.
