Excellence In Body & Mind - Holistic Health Practitioner, Anthony Hartcher
Let us know what you thought of this episode!
Anthony is an inspirational speaker on a variety of health and wellbeing topics including mental health, and nutrition subjects. His favorite speaking topics include Mindset, Stress Management, Mental Health, Men’s and Women’s Health and Holistic Health and Nutrition. Some of his recent clients include JP Morgan, Unisys, Honeywell, Maersk, WiseTech Global, FMC Corporation, and Timken.
Anthony’s enthusiasm for health and wellness started as a child with reading health magazines, books and fulfilling a sporting obsession. He constantly strives to grow through continued learning, having successfully completed three bachelor’s degrees in nutrition (with distinction), Complementary Medicine (with distinction) and Chemical Engineering (honours). Whilst studying Anthony was awarded the University Medal for academic excellence by Endeavour College of Natural Health, received two bursary scholarship awards from Australian Natural Therapies Association, and was recognised by The Australian Traditional Medicine Society as the most highly commended Student of the Year.
Anthony's advocacy for mental health started when he was eighteen, after losing a friend to suicide. From that time, he embarked on a journey of education and service to support community mental health initiatives – volunteering for a men's mental health charity called The Banksia Project for three years, where he trained and served as a Growth Room facilitator. He has been presenting mental health sessions for six years and provides mental and holistic health education via his podcast called me&my health up.
Although Anthony has achieved academic and professional excellence, he loves being a father and husband. He loves spending time with his wife Adriana and their two children Sofia and Ollie. On weekends, Anthony enjoys going on family adventures, whether it be to the local beach or camping in a national park.

We had such a great conversation and didn't get to half of the topics I had written down that we've decided to do a Part 2. Stay tuned for that episode coming soon!
