Guide To Universal Living Part 8: Elevate Your Being through Words and Sound

Nadine Shaw Season 10 Episode 11

Let us know what you thought of this episode!

In this thought-provoking episode, we continue to explore our journey through life,
our transition into the fifth dimension, and how our bodies move from a carbon-
based body becoming more crystalline in form, known as the Adam-Cadman body of light. Discover how these shifts bring old traumas to the surface and why trusting your intuition and employing tools like Transference Healing to navigate these changes is crucial. Laverne shares invaluable practical tips on aligning with Earth's evolving frequency to stabilise emotional and physical well-being.

Have you ever wondered how ascension ties into humanity's evolutionary journey?
Laverne breaks it down, emphasising that ascension is as much a physical process
where emotional and mental transformation is required of us to lift our frequency
and evolve into a higher reality.

Learn why finding new forms of self-care is pivotal for stabilising through the Earth's Changes, maintaining your health and wellness whilst enhancing your spiritual sense of self. This podcast sets the stage for understanding how words and sound immensely influence your healing journey and self-mastery process.

Our conversation takes an exciting turn as we explore the multifaceted impact of
music and words, which can uplift your mood and energy levels and hold you in a
higher vibration. We highlight Dr. Masaru Emoto'ss groundbreaking research on how words affect the crystalline structure of water and how this relates to us – as the human body holds about 60% - 70% water content.

Finally, Laverne guides us through the powerful "Prayer of the New Millennium"; a healing prayer by Alexis Cartwright designed to release old emotions and align with divine will.

Speaker 1:

Hello, hello, it's Nadine here, and I'm here this week with part eight of the Guide to Universal Living series with Laverne Proctor. Hey, laverne, how you doing? I'm looking forward to getting into yet another episode with you. Hey, nadine, it's good to see you speak to you. I know that this year is flying by. I can't believe we're in August. So you know, onwards and upwards, I guess. Yeah, yeah, feels like it's been a very full year so far. I think I feel as though I've lived a few lifetimes actually. Yeah, totally, I feel the same.

Speaker 1:

I said to someone the other day I'm sorry I haven't been in contact for so long. I feel like I've just been in the vortex. Well, I'm very fortunate. I've got some beautiful, beautiful friends. They don't hear from me week to week or even as much as months, and yet they're still very, very gracious and willing to catch up with me when I surface. I could probably say the same about my family overseas. You know, yeah, yeah, that's true, I have a very similar experience.

Speaker 1:

You know this is an interesting topic and you know it's quite a well, from my personal perspective, it's quite a practical topic and I'm hoping it's one that you know people will listen back to, maybe even a couple of times, but it triggers some you know, actions, positive movement forward in how they can support themselves in a very practical way. So podcast day is around the power of the word and sound and how we can work with this in daily life. So, as we integrate into the fifth dimension, our body will continue to move from a carbon-based body to a more crystalline body and we call this the Adam-Cabman body of light. So what we can expect is to experience more symptoms materialize in our body and in our general state of being and as we continue to clear, old pain, old patterning symptoms might surface. So this podcast is really about well, how can we support that process? So the good news is, you know we have everything we need within us to support this transition and integration process. We just need to be aware of what's going on and have the willingness to work through and clear. What we need to clear and it goes back to a number of podcast comments I've made is really start to trust our intuition and not second guess that, but also to work with some tools to support ourselves through these changes. Also to work with some tools to support ourselves through these changes. So what's going on around us and with the world at large and in the universe, we're really being pushed to ascend and through that ascension process we will find that we're having to clear old emotional pain.

Speaker 1:

Because it's time, and that's why I teach Transference Healing, because of the tools and technology that is embedded within this frequency healing modality. It really supports us through the massive changes that are at play, because it is essentially an essential modality anchored at this time to support us. I'm referencing this more today than generally. That I may have done is because I feel transplants healing, when people work with it and when we work with it on ourselves, you can really start to gently and consistently clear our emotions that, if left, can build and over time create bigger symptoms in the body. And that's why I feel that I'm such an advocate for transplants healing, because I know what it can create for people. So what we can expect over the next few years is that there's going to be a continued building of stellar activations, light codes filtering through and finer elements filtering through to the Earth plane that will be absorbed not only by the global grid which is creating the Earth changes, but this is going to continue and it's probably going to intensify and that's going to impact us all. So now some may find over the coming years that you know, they might only experience a few symptoms, you know, that rise through the body, but others may find they experience more intense symptoms and, whether that's structural, psychological or a buildup of disease in some form in the body, creating a health crisis, simply because they're unable to clear what they need to clear emotionally and mentally, but to be able to absorb the new frequencies that are filtering through from the universe that we all need.

Speaker 1:

So this time that you've heard me reference about, you know, moving into this fifth dimensional reality. This time was prophesied by ancient cultures like the Mayans and is written about in sacred texts, so this isn't like a surprise. You know, those that have followed this, those that have come before, knew this time was coming and that time is now. And, if you recall, in podcast two we talked about our transition into the fifth dimension and living a fifth dimensional reality. So that's a podcast worth going back to.

Speaker 1:

And in podcast six we talked about how we can support ourselves to stabilize through the changes by connecting to and working with the global grid so that, as the earth grid changes, we can keep aligning our energy fields with the earth changes to achieve structural, psychological and neurological, right down to, in fact, the organ system, so we can create that change and keep coming into alignment. And I guess transplants healing I don't guess transplants healing is a tool you can work with to support that process. So if we practiced consistently, we can support this change, this physical change that's going on, and we can hold those adjustments. As the earth shifts and changes, we can shift and change with that. Okay, so this podcast is worth listening to again podcast six definitely because, in fact, like all of the podcasts that we've created and will continue to create, they're like jigsaw pieces. I feel like they're jigsaw pieces creating a bigger picture, joining the dots about what's happening globally with the earth and within the heart of humanity. So it's worth going back to different podcasts to get those jigsaw pieces, so to speak.

Speaker 1:

But all procedures that I'm talking to are channeled to support our transition into our crystalline body of light and being and we call that the Adam-Cabin body, and they're designed to support us to do this with more ease. So we don't have to struggle. We don't have to struggle through our current times, we don't have to go into fear. It's all about how can we support ourselves in a new way, and health is the final frontier, and it will be the thing that pushes us into to a point that where we have no choice but to surrender. Okay, become more receptive to change and whatever that change means for us and whatever we need to change in ourselves.

Speaker 1:

So this transition from the carbon-based body, which is a third-dimensional body, to a more crystalline body of light, which is a fifth-dimensional body, can be consciously supported at this time, okay. So how can we support ourselves? Clearing symptoms that arise and, ideally, clearing those symptoms before they come into manifestation. We call that preventatively caring for ourselves, right? We can do this for ourselves. We call that preventatively caring for ourselves, right, we can do this for ourselves. We don't have to experience physical pain, however that manifests for us, and we all have the ability to create the change we need to create within us. We just need the tools, okay, and we just need to be open and receptive and we can make this transition with ease. Or, you know, we can choose to create struggle for ourselves and, you know, try and do everything still the old way and just ignore it. So I guess the key message is. You know, there is no need for struggle. We just simply need to learn new ways of supporting our state of health, our state of well-being. And, you know, work in the new way, okay, but by simply working with some tools and techniques.

Speaker 1:

Um, that I talked to over the guide to universal living series. It's really important that anyone listening to this podcast, you know, find what resonates for you. You know what's what, what's going to work for you, because that's what the podcast aim aims to do. You know there might something, a golden nugget in each of the podcasts that actually speaks to the listener, that's relevant to them, that resonates for them, that might be different for a different listener.

Speaker 1:

So, leading into this podcast, what was on my mind was well, what are the types of activities and tools someone can work with that are simple, that don't require you to know how to run energy? But I want to emphasize and you'll continue to hear me emphasize our bodies do need a modality like a frequency healing, a modality like a frequency healing, energy healing now, okay, because now we've moved into the fifth dimension, our bodies and consciousness is receptive and has the ability to open up more to this style of healing and open up to the new frequencies, light and finer elements that are filtering through from the universe. So energy healing, now more than ever and uh, you know it might sound that I'm, you know, obviously I'm going to say this because I work with energy but energy healing, now more than ever, is necessary for us to make the changes we need to make. And you know we can all learn how to run energy. So over time I'm trying to chip away so people can get comfortable. Well, what does energy really mean? How can I run energy on myself? How can I empower myself to do this for myself? Okay, but I continue to emphasize we all have this capacity, even though it might feel like a foreign thing to you know, a listener right now. So, yeah, so we're going to be talking about sound and we're going to be talking about the power of the word. Cool, thank you for that.

Speaker 1:

I've written down, as usual, many notes. So do you want me to hold off? I don't, can I? Just? I just want to go, like I'm going to go back to as I do often with our conversations and just sort of outline a few things, if that's all right before. Yeah, fabulous, that would be great. So I'm going. I just wrote some words down and I think, like when you talk about ascension, you're talking about us evolving as humans and like when we look at it from a spiritual perspective or think about it from a spiritual perspective, it can almost seem like it's kind of not real Right?

Speaker 1:

This? I guess this is my experience, but when I? But then when I think of it from a perspective of evolution, when you look at how humans have over, you know, hundreds of thousands of years, that's just a ballpark I pulled that out the air um, you know, we have the ability to evolve both physically and mentally. The shape of our brains has adapted and changed over thousands of years. Like we walk upright compared to when we were, you know, on on our, you know, not as upright as we are now. So that, like it is, like sometimes the the our esoteric, our process can feel kind of just that esoteric, but it's like we are actually evolving and our world is evolving and I'm sure I've emphasized this in previous chats with you, laverne and we've got the world's evolving and humans are adapting to that evolution.

Speaker 1:

So when you talk about ascension, it is part of our evolutionary process, right? It's exactly that, exactly that. Um. So, yes, you know, ascension is about evolving. So it's not only evolving, uh, humanity evolving as a race, but it's evolving in our emotions, it's evolving in the way we connect with each other and the world and with ourselves. It's evolving back into our ability to heal ourself. We were able to do this back in the Latin American times. We are relearning and awakening to that, and that's what ascension, that's what the evolutionary process is about.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and it's yeah, um, like, I think, I think you know we, we early on in our evolutionary process, you know, um, if you think about paleolithic times, you know it's like about hunting, gathering, figuring out what works, what doesn't you know, building fire, creating shelter, making clothes, like all of these things are things that we've kind of learned as part of our evolution. And now we're in the modern day, you know there's technology and um mechanics and like all of these amazing um things that humans have created, because we are evolving as a species and that spiritual nature is us. Yeah, like rediscovering, right, it's almost like a bit of an adventure, correct? And I think you've hit an important point. We are being encouraged to reconnect to our spiritual essence.

Speaker 1:

Okay, and I guess that's the critical part of this evolutionary process, we've all been disconnected. Many people are walking around the earth disconnected, not with the understanding that they have a higher aspect to themselves that they could be tapping into that. That higher aspect of self is there to help them and guide them and make their life as easy as possible and not be in the struggle. So we're all having to awaken to that aspect of self, that spiritual aspect, that divine aspect and really that's another component to this whole ascension process and to open up to our higher self. We've just got to be open to that and test the theory. But the more we offload our emotions, the more we let go of the busy mind, the negative self-talk, and the more into a state of stillness we can come, the more able we are able to tap into that higher aspect of self, that spiritual aspect of self, okay, that you you're alluding to. Yeah, yeah, and I loved how you touched on that.

Speaker 1:

Um, and this like just re-clarifies for me because sometimes I go I know there's a connection between being healthy and making healthy choices and having those kinds of preventative health practices which we talk about with other guests in the podcast. I know there's a connection to that, the importance of those things and that the empowerment that we get from taking care of our health. I know there's a connection to spirituality and you made it really clear, like where, where you were saying that when we need to clear old emotional pain, um, because it affects us and our health. So, like I'm starting to sort of see those threads come together, like those connections of how we store that old emotional pain, whether it's, you know, our own personal pain and trauma from this lifetime, or whether it's generational that we carry that in our bodies. And you've hit another interesting point that triggered something for me.

Speaker 1:

I mean, the way to look at our physical body is it's our vehicle right to go about our daily business in this reality, and the more we look after our vehicle, it's a bit like a car, isn't it? How much money do we spend on looking after cars? We probably spend more money on looking after our cars and nurturing, making sure it gets its service you know its oil versus how we look after our bodies. So I think that's an important balance. You know um aspect to to well, if our vehicle that we walk around in is in finely tuned, it's you know it's it's got beautiful clean water that you're drinking high frequency food, then our vehicle, our body, our vehicle is like the receptor to the higher frequencies that are coming through and our ability also to connect to a higher aspect of self. That's a way of looking at it, I guess. Yeah, yeah, um, okay, let's get into the power of the word and sound and how that plays a part in our would you say, in our healing. Yeah, yeah, okay.

Speaker 1:

So now lots of people are familiar these days that the fact that our emotions are stored deep within our subatomic system, right, and these subtle emotional energies influence our patterns of behavior. We know this, and the power of sound and the power of words greatly influence our general state of being. So how we respond to the world and our state of dis-ease with the world, it's when we are struggling with our emotions that this state of dis-ease creates the physical symptoms we experience. So if we were to look at it from a sound, how can sound support us? This is quite a well-known fact too, but it might be new information for some listeners.

Speaker 1:

Everything moves from electrons around the nucleus of an atom on a micro level to planets revolving around the sun on a macro level. So everything vibrates, and where there is vibration, there is sound. So everything has a unique personal vibration, frequency and tone. Tone sound Just like a radio channel. So, if you think you know, you turn, turn a knob on the radio, you change the channels, you listen to different music, you're shifting in frequencies. Okay, so the human body could be seen that way. So there's the ability to shift and change our personal vibration, our frequency, and there's a tonal sound. We all have our own tonal sound. Well, we are basically vibrating. That's how our bodies I don't know scientifically, but that's kind of like how our bodies become form right Through the vibration of the individual cells. Great Leading, I was about to say Sorry, no, great, it's wonderful.

Speaker 1:

Science has confirmed that matter is not as firm and as solid as it seems to appear to be, but it's merely a condensation, a condensing of energy vibrating at specific frequencies and tone. Okay, so science is talking to this. This is not new information or woo-woo. So, as human beings, we are energy in mass form and consciousness. We have a consciousness. We all, you know, think and feel, don't we? So if you think about it on this level, when you see yourself in this way, energy healing becomes a bit more legitimate, doesn't it. We can say that our entire visible and invisible universe is a mighty demonstration of energy, of energy and consciousness. Okay, and science is recognizing this, and that's why you're starting to hear science talk more in terms of oh, we're living in a hologram reality, the earth is a hologram, we are holograms, okay, so science is talking to this more and more and more.

Speaker 1:

So sound plays a significant role in balancing our emotions and therefore has an impact on our body and our unique frequency. You may have noticed more and more frequency music is becoming popular. I don't know if you noticed it, whether you spotify or other, you know there's a lot of music available and it sort of advertises itself as a 500 megahertz frequency, right. So frequency music is becoming popular because more people are becoming aware of this fact that music and the vibration of music can support the vibration of your own personal vibration and frequency, right, and that's why you're seeing more and more of this. So high frequency equates to sound that evokes higher emotional states, okay.

Speaker 1:

So love, joy, peace or stillness. You cannot feel negative in a high frequency sound music. You can't. I've tested this actually over the last few weeks. If I felt a bit tired or you know, something's happened that day that's, um, you know, not made me feel so happy. I've deliberately turned on some of my favorite frequency music and it shifted my state and it brought me back into a state of love and peace and stillness, which might sound like a cliche, but I assure you this is true. Yeah, it did, and I was feeling unhappy to to put um lightly about a situation.

Speaker 1:

So I guess this is a really practical way for anyone you know who can't run energy, don't know how to run energy, still have has reservations about running energy, um, how they can support a shifting of how they're feeling in the moment finding frequency music that really brings them back into their centre, either brings them into a state of stillness or a point of love, whatever they're trying to evoke. And you know there's lots of different genres of music and it really can be quite personal. You know so it's like finding music, finding genre of music, and it really can be quite personal. You know. So it's like finding music, finding genre of music outside. You know, the, the more focused frequency music that I just touched on, that helps to stabilize you, that helps to bring you back into your center and in a harmony. So I guess I throw out the gauntlet to say, you know, this is a practical tool where anyone can work with this way and having the confidence. Well, you know, I guess it's something. Test the theory, you know, find yourself on a bad day, you're having a bad day, and take yourself to a nice, quiet, sacred space and listen to a piece of music that really lifts your spirits and watch it change your state, you know. So, really it's a practical one, I feel that anyone can work with.

Speaker 1:

Actually, on that, you just reminded me of a walk. I think it was maybe last weekend. I took the dog for a walk and I go up this lane near our house, and it was sort of later in the day, so the birds were just starting to wake up and there was like a cacophony of all of these different birds and I felt that vibration in my body, like I literally feel it in my chest and my like abdomen. So like I think like sounds in nature can probably have that kind of effect as well, and often you get meditations right that have the sounds of forests and animals and like chirping crickets and birds and that sort of thing. Well, there you go.

Speaker 1:

I mean sound is everywhere and I guess where I'm coming from is find that sound that evokes whatever it is you're seeking and you know most of us are seeking. You know, peace. We're seeking harmony, joy, love. You know, and you know birds singing are very healing. So you weren't imagining it, your intuition was picking up and they were probably clearing something for you that you were releasing. So, yes, nature is a very beautiful place to sit in and just listen to the natural sound within nature. So it's really like finding the thing, that sound that really resonates and supports the individual. Can I ask you sorry, do you, can I jump in? Or yeah, absolutely.

Speaker 1:

So, just like, obviously, music is a big thing, right, like people love music, all different genres, and I'm just wondering, like so, for example, when I go into the gym, I like sort of like high, you know something with a good beat and I do have a little bit of a dance around and whatnot. And so, like, I'm just wondering about, when it comes to, you know, different genres of music that aren't necessarily sort of relaxing but are more high energy, you know, with beats, but that kind of make you want to move your body. Is that the same kind of absolutely, absolutely. Um, I knew, when I was doing a lot of training myself, I would listen to music that invoked like this inner strength, this inner motivation to do the circuits that I was doing and so forth, so absolutely and so well. I guess that kind of makes sense, doesn't it? Because if you think you know back to sort of more tribal stuff, you know music was there in ritual and celebration and you know is kind of like a big part of community, I guess, absolutely so, you're starting to see how sound music you know sound in nature, birds, whatever, how you can work with it, and it's really, as I say, and you've touched on some really practical ways, it's, you know, it's not all about that.

Speaker 1:

Music has to be spiritual, spiritual um. I remember a point in my life um where there was a certain um I won't speak to the actual um musical singer, but it invoked me releasing anger. It was in my early 20s um and it really invoked the release of anger. I was feeling in my being right and because the song was talking about anger, you know, and emotions towards another person and that person towards them. So that might sound ridiculous, but what it was doing, it really enabled me to release that anger, because you don't want to walk around with anger for the rest of your life. So that was perfect for me, you know, yeah, so I guess that's just another example.

Speaker 1:

You know, it's not about all spiritual new age music. It can be to motivate you and move your body. It can be to motivate you and move your body. It can. You know, as you say, the community of people coming together and dancing and the fun and joy that creates. So, yeah, so I think you've sort of touched on different angles, really, yeah, and I think maybe in those circumstances, you know, if someone's not as inclined to go for a relaxing, spiritual or high frequency download online, it's like having that kind of conscious awareness to go I'm feeling like this and then maybe putting any kind of music on, whether it is like more high energy dance music and how that can, kind of when you get moving and you're listening to the music at the same time, how that can help to shift your mood and your energy, and having sort of like a yeah, being aware that that is an option I guess, correct, correct and interestingly, what I was about to touch on is I don't know if you've come across there's a lot more sound therapy available out there.

Speaker 1:

There's even equipment and devices that are there, have a sound frequency or vibration. Yeah, I can't speak to them because I can't necessarily endorse them, but you know there are chambers where people can lie in and there's like this vibration of sound, right? Yeah, light color, you know color therapy is sound made visible, right? So you're noticing now, not only in the hospital systems where people have had quite scarred skin injuries from accidents, but even now you go for a facial, a lot of skin therapists have color lamps, yeah, right, so color is sound made visible, and they're working with different colors to support the skin, to heal in different ways. So all this new technology that's more tangible, that's more practical, that people can get their head around more, is coming to the forefront and we can see that continuing as we move through through, you know, the next couple of decades. So it's quite exciting times from that.

Speaker 1:

But really, I guess sound is very, very powerful, and I the reason why I wanted to touch on this. It's very powerful. So, being more conscious about how you can work with sound, yes, to do whatever you want to for it to create, for it to invoke, and you've given some brilliant examples, nadine, I'm saying go try it, yeah, yeah, if try it consciously, yes, exactly now. Can you, um? So that's kind of like sound, as in music, and vibration and rhythm, I guess. Can you talk to us now about the power of the word? Is this like the spoken word and the energy that can be created? Or you know for good or evil? You know for good or evil absolutely. And, look, you know this subject's been touched on by so many people. You've got some favorite people that you've you've talked to that. You know, um, cover this.

Speaker 1:

But the power of a word is another really important area that we can all consciously focus on. So, you know, when you think of power of the word, whether it's thought, internal self-talk, whether it's spoken word or even written, we should recognise more than ever before that our mindset and how we speak and what we say holds a lot of power and impacts us. And if I was to pick one very interesting researcher that substantiates the importance of words, I would have to pick a Japanese researcher called Dr Masaru Emoto, who was the author of many books on the halo phenomenon, and it's quite technical, but I'll do my best. The halo is a very specific vibrating wave that's generated by electrons around the nucleus of an atom, by electrons around the nucleus of an atom and that is vibrational and electromagnetic in nature. That actually MRA technology can measure the magnetic resonance of this within a cell, which is just one type of electromagnetic wave. So Dr Amato found, through his studies of our environment, everything in our environment held a Haddo vibrational frequency resonance wave. Now, interestingly, alexis talks to this in a different way. She sees resonance of the haddo as light. Okay, so when Alexis tunes into the body now she's tuned into the body of the ears she's seen the light particles resonating at that subatomic level which Dr Emoto describes as the haddo. Okay, so, basically resonates within an atom structure of our body. But as part of his findings, dr Amato described the hado phenomenon as the source of energy behind the creation of all things, and all things are within our own consciousness. Okay, so many of us around the planet and I've touched on this many of us understand that consciousness creates everything.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so he spent decades of research around water I wondered whether this was the guy Okay, and his work focused on the atomic and the microparticle level to understand the causes of disease. Now, in Transference Healing, we see this level of the body as the vibrational and electromagnetic field of the body. So he was researching it and looking at it from a different angle. So it's been more scientific perspective. He took thousands of photos of different crystalline structures of water from many different sources and environmental conditions. And, from an environmental perspective, water under the microscope from a very pure environment, like a mountain stream, showed perfectly formed crystalline shapes, you know, a bit like a snowflake. Imagine the perfectly formed snowflake, right, yeah, where, under a different circumstance, the structure of the water from a highly industrialised, polluted water produces snowflakes that are disfigured and darker in colour.

Speaker 1:

But he also did some experiments around how water responded to words, which is really where I'm leading to right, where I'm leading to right. So he did thousands and thousands and thousands of tests of the words, how water responded to words from a spoken perspective and even written believe it or not, you know, which is slightly harder to imagine, but he recognised that both hold a vibration. So, whether it was spoken word or a written word, okay, yep, and he was able to demonstrate their impact on the crystalline structure of water, okay. So, in the same way that he could see the crystalline structure from a pure water stream versus an industrial. He was able to experiment with words, okay, mm-hmm. And basically he found words like love and thank you, you know, if they were repetitively stated, created beautifully formed crystalline structures, as you would expect, and words like hate and you make me sick, something similar to that disfigured the crystalline structures, yeah, made the water go murky, yeah. But in addition to that just a slightly additional aspect to that he recognized working with pure intent. Okay. So the purer our intention, the higher the frequency, the clearer and purer the crystalline structure was. Okay.

Speaker 1:

So if you apply this to the way you speak to yourself, you're either creating positive impact, aren't you? Or a negative impact on your internal system and the souls down to the subatomic level. And if you think about it, considering humans are made up of 60% to 70% water. Right, it's worth seriously considering putting this into practice. You know, positive self-talk, reframing how we speak, self-talk, reframing how we speak, words we use, has a positive impact on our personal hado resonance, our vibrational resonance wave, right, mm-hmm. So what I'm trying to draw is linkage to some deep scientific work that was done by Dr Emoto, and he was able to prove this and has written a lot about it. We could apply that principle for ourselves. So, first for ourself, because we've made up 67 percent of water. How I speak to myself is going to have an impact on my resonance, isn't it? Because I have 60, 70% water within me? But also, you know, that's how we talk outwardly to the external world. Right, it all impacts us, okay.

Speaker 1:

So if you had a group? So think of it like this, though is not on another level if you had a group of people that are united together with a pure and positive intention, and you know whether it's through prayer, for example, they can have a magnifying positive impact on their environment, and that's why you often see groups coming together in prayer or similar ceremony, because they are aware of the power of the word in its purest form and how potent it can be. You know communities praying for an area in the world that's fallen into unrest. Yeah, there's a book. Actually, I don't without going too off on a tangent, but there is a book called the Intention Experiment, which is about exactly that and how prayer and intention can, yeah, actually impact all sorts of different things, exactly.

Speaker 1:

So, just in summary, with the Dr Motto comments that I've made, essentially, he was able to prove scientifically, yes, that water changes its expression through thoughts and words and, from his perspective, he tested, from a written perspective, a spoken perspective, as well as music, right, yeah, and that it affected, that it does affect physical reality, it affects health and it affects the way our, you know, produces a different had. Our, you know, produces a different hado, you know, it produces different vibrational resonances. Okay, and we all have our own unique resonance. So we can therefore change our internal hado, our internal vibrational resonance, our internal frequency vibrational resonance, our internal frequency, our tone, and create a higher frequency, which would enable us to absorb the light and finer elements that are filtering through from the universe that I talked to up front, because we are having to evolve into our fifth dimensional body, which, I spoke to up front, is a more crystalline body, and we're moving from more of a carbon-based body to a crystalline body, and this is how we can support this process, okay, yep, so we talked about listening to high frequency music, and that can come in whole, whole number of genres and practical applications to lift our personal vibration. And we can essentially watch our self-talk, watch what words we're saying, what words are we using repetitively, okay, and shifting our mindset into more of a positive stream of thoughts when we find we're recording the negative undertone of self-talk or how we speak to ourselves or to other people and what we say about other people. Yeah, it all has an impact not only on our own personal vibration but the collective vibration.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so Dr Imada proclaimed that you know blessings blessing our food, blessing our that. You know blessings, blessing our food, blessing our water. You know drinking good water. You know. He professed that working with the power of prayer and working with you know high-frequency music or you know sound generally. Let's change that to working with sound generally that lifts our spirits, lifts our vibration and invokes a positive, you know, sense of being. So he really endorsed this and did many, many years work around this so you can begin to comprehend more the power we actually bestow within ourselves right, and how we can support ourselves and strive for balance, good health, well-being and our ability to come more into not only unity within ourselves but unify with other people. And the highest expression of that really is coming into a state of oneness and, from a spiritual perspective, that is the aim, that's the goal, you know coming to the highest state, higher state of oneness with ourselves and everything okay, so we're going to actually finish with me reciting a channeled prayer.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and this, this prayer that I'm working with is called the prayer of the new millennium and it was actually channeled by Alexis Cartwright under the guidance of Ascended Master Mother Mary, who supports us to not only heal genetic makeup of our family lineage. You know, ascended Master Mother Mary is the vessel for divine healing and she supports the healing through the power of prayer and her consciousness encourages us to develop patience, compassion and nurturing love. So there is an official recording of this prayer and it's downloadable as a digital download from the transplants healing um official website. So I'm going to try and do it some justice in, uh, my version of this. But also, you can find this prayer, nadine, you've got the beyond always book. You can find this, this prayer on chapter sorry, in chapter 10, all right, yeah, cool, um, so you can go read that.

Speaker 1:

But but also, you know, listen to this recording and what I've tried to do is not only recite this particular prayer, but also with, hopefully, a music that invokes and supports the words of the prayer. That will create a beautiful experience for everyone to listen to Amazing, amazing. So we managed to fill our hour. We always do, as always, and so I'm just going to try and summarize, like how you're going to close with the prayer, and we encourage the listeners to take a few moments to find a quiet space and and absorb that and feel the vibrations of the sound and the words that you're going to share with us. But let's just summarize. We just want people to well, I think that something that I've found really helpful when it comes to like self-talk and you know, negative self-talk or and now we kind of understand that we are creating energy through the power of our words and our tone and our thoughts Begin to just observe what's going on in that internal dialogue, internal dialogue and rather than I don't know that it necessarily helps to kind of go, I'm just going to change the way I think, but maybe even start to explore why.

Speaker 1:

Where are those thoughts coming from? Are they actually yours, or are they things that someone's told you in the past? Or is it because you're feeling a certain way about yourself that you're having those thoughts, feelings, those kind of words, whether they're verbalized, written down or in your head, because they can be the source of the healing when we don't run away from those things but we just reflect on them and observe them with openness and a degree of gentleness and a degree of curiosity. Um, that would be my yeah, that that would be my close, close, I think that's. That's beautiful, nadine, and I think that's a very important place to start, and I can't remember which podcast that talked to that specifically, but that's a very good place to start and I think, from my perspective, the final statements I'd like to make is we have everything within ourselves to shift and change. Whatever we need to shift and change. We just need to have the will, to have the faith and trust in our own ability and then to find tools let's call them tools that really support that transformational change that people are seeking, and really to start with baby steps and as you build confidence in your own ability to heal the self. However you go about that, everything builds from that, and the starting point is, I think, where you said just to go in and observe and reflect, yeah. So I think that's a beautiful starting place for a lot of people, yeah. And then there's a lot of people that are further down the path to that, that can take that next bigger step and really go through a refinement process of how they want to self-master Exactly, you know so. Thank you, great.

Speaker 1:

Okay, we're going to finish with um the prayer, as promised. So, um, I'll close for now and hand over to you, laverne. Thank you, nadine. So this is the prayer of the new millennium, which was channeled by Alexis Cartwright, who's the anchor of Transference Healing. Now the official digital download version of this can be purchased from the Transference Healing website if you like it, and it also is actually represented in the Beyond Doorways book, chapter 10. So we're finding it's very, very popular. A lot of people are attracted to reading this on a regular basis. It's very therapeutic, it's very healing and very powerful. So I hope you enjoyed this version. But again, as I said, you can get a copy of the official version of this.

Speaker 1:

So just sit back and relax and close your eyes and take a few deep breaths in and relax Our father and mother in heaven and earth. Give me the power of feeling. Give me the strength to counteract attack with love. My force is pure. Allow me to release old emotions. Give me joy, release pressure, give me strength, release all restrictions to create positive action and outcome. Release uncertainty, create courage, harmonize and allow transformation of divine will, so that my gifts and talents will come through, revitalize and re-energize me.

Speaker 1:

Release the fear of pain for others. Release my feelings of isolation and loneliness. Create compassion and sensitivity. Help me respond to life with a feeling of faith and trust. Release all judgment to allow rejuvenation. Allow opportunities to flourish and flow. Allow fear of direction to go. Release a shattered feeling. Allow me to find inner peace. My inner voice will know and challenges will create new endeavours. Energy will come and tiredness will go. I will understand all tests of spirituality, allow transformation and become whole. I will remain grounded through the changes, fear will be released and I will be filled with energy as I bring in divine blue light and release all pain. I have psychic talents and no suppression. I feel freedom of feeling. I feel no pain or isolation, only oneness and unconditional love for all. Let my creative energies flow. I bring through divine will. I will become the philosopher, the doer, the healer, the magician and the master of self. I respond to my higher and future self. I now transcend, I see and become clear. I am the light. Adonai Sabaoth.
